Stay at the Beach Bungalow and enjoy a Tulum inspired apartment in a beautifully kept true Art Deco building featuring 12 foot ceilings and crown moldings from the 1950’s. The beach is just steps away and our beautiful building features a pool and accessibility to many dining and shopping options in the heart of Mid Beach. This is the largest one bedroom in the building and has a private entrance. Come relax, enjoy the nightlife or just catch the sun while staying at this unique apartment.

The Space:
This tastefully designed and spacious one bedroom Art Deco unit features 12 foot ceilings and crown molding that accentuates the 1950’s nature and charm of the area. The design embraces that Art Deco inspiration with a lively color palette. The apartment faces the street for convenient access. The lobby, mailroom, pool, and laundry are all accessible through the mail building. The pool is special and the beach is just 1 block away.

LOCATION: The property is just a short peaceful stroll to Miami Beach, 20 minutes from MIA (50 minutes from FLL) and 6 minutes from Club LIV inside the Fountainbleau Hotel, a premier Miami Beach nightclub. Smart, keyless entry for easy check-in/check-out process.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.

BEDROOM: Features a queen size bed, a working desk, smart TV, closet and access to the bathroom. In the closet there is a twin roller bed for an additional guest to comfortably sleep.

BATHROOM: Features a bathtub.

KITCHEN: Small space with all you need to cook a quick meal. Full size fridge, stove and oven. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you’d like in a kitchen for cooking.

DINING: Open concept layout with seating for 4.

LIVING: Beautifully designed with Futon couch and smart TV.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Pictured toiletries, linens and towels included. Pool/Beach Towels are available for your use. Please note, washcloths are not included in our linen and towel services.

PARKING: There is street parking or a Public parking lot just 3 blocks away. The area is very walkable and ubers are also plentiful. A free trolley is available walking distance from the apartment.

PET POLICY: This is a pet-friendly property; Pet Fee: $150.00, per pet, regardless of size or breed. Max size of 25lbs.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: There is no Mailbox key access. However You can order packages to be left in the lobby as long as a mailbox key is not required. NOTE: There is no front desk or doorman.

EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you’d like to book a service like a boat, a chef or a massage you can let us know and our concierge can arrange this and more for you.

SAFETY: Host and Keep follows all CDC regulations for cleaning and sanitation. Feel safe staying here as all precautionary measures are taken to ensure disinfectant surfaces in the unit. There is an exterior security camera at the entrance of the unit and building, part of the building security system.

GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE: No smoking in unit and noise level after 10pm must be low in respect to the neighbors.

You will access to the whole apartment.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in a protected art deco building from the 1950’s and is nested between the Indian Creek waterway and the beach. You have water very close by on all sides which is special, this is the narrow part of Miami Beach where you can walk its width! The Faena Hotel is a few blocks away, as is club LIV.
The popular Miami Beach has a section called Mid Beach that runs from 24th street to 63rd street. In comparison to the action and commotion of South Beach, the Mid Beach area is best defined in terms of its more laid-back atmosphere. Mid Beach is home to a number of restaurants and family-owned shops, most of which are located in the 41st Street district.

You can thoroughly enjoy the outdoor activities in Mid Beach. Just go for a peaceful stroll along the boardwalk that runs from 21st street to 46th street and you will feel as if all your stress has dissipated.

Getting Around:
One block from Collins ave and the beach, there is also citi bike on Collins, and a bus stop across the street. There is a free trolley that stops there as well. Uber/Lyft are economical options for getting around.
