This newly renovated 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home is centrally located minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Master bedroom has Queen sized bed and desk area for the business traveler with private attached bathroom / dual vanity. Additional bedrooms have King sized bed, Queen bed, and Murphy bed. Guest bathroom has dual sink vanity with shower/tub combo. Bedroom with King sized bed has private half bathroom for privacy and desk work area as well. Washer and dryer located in the home if you need to do any washing while on vacation.
Beautiful back yard with grass area for the kids to play, heated pool, hammock, patio furniture with lounge chairs next to the pool for you to lay out and catch an Arizona tan. Fire pit and BBQ area also in your private back yard.
Guests have the entire home to themselves.
Pool may be heated for additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating.
NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We welcome our guests to have fun and enjoy the home but you must always be respectful of the neighbors.
Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is Scottsdale City Ordinance

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA’s and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal has been established to make the process of providing the required information easy and to take very little time.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting and/or using ride-share services.
(b) Bedroom and Bedding Setup. (OPTIONAL)
* Pool and Spa Indemnification. VERY IMPORTANT: At no time is a lifeguard on duty.
All renters must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
(a) Time Change Policy: All requests for early arrival and/or late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home’s cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure request updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety, and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.
Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase “Cancel for any Reason” (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter’s stay has successfully concluded.
NOTICE: Using this property for following purposes is prohibited:
1. Any nonresidential use; 2. Holding a special event that requires a permit or license pursuant to a city or town ordinance or state law or rule; 3. Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet hall or similar use;4. Housing sex offenders; 5. Operating or maintaining a sober living home; 6. Selling liquor, illegal drugs or pornography; 7. Operating a nude or topless dancing; 8. Obscenity; 9. Adult-oriented business; or 10. Other uses prohibited by A.R.S. 9-500.39. Registration: 21451114
