The unique designed apartment is very bright as it’s a rare corner unit in the building overlooking midtown and has 2 bedrooms. It features high end furniture pieces that reflect the creativity of the neighborhood.
LOCATION: The property is just a short drive to Miami Beach, 10 minutes from MIA (35 minutes from FLL) and a short stroll to Miami’s Design District, a treasure trove of luxury fashion boutiques, edgy art galleries, and trendy restaurants.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.
MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king size bed, spacious closets. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is a smart TV in this room and meticulously curated furniture.
SECOND BEDROOM: Features 1 full size bed and a rollaway twin bed underneath. The room has a custom built in desk for anyone looking to work remotely. The desk has a standing height and a sitting height which fits 2 people, if it needed to be shared. There is high speed internet which will make working from here a breeze.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you’d need to cook a meal in and a dining table with seating for 6 and island seating for additional space. There is a toaster and a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you’d like in a kitchen for cooking.
LIVING: Open layout and includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping .
WHAT’S INCLUDED: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free WiFi (100+ Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Pictured toiletries, linens and towels included. Pool Towels are available for your use. Please note, washcloths are not included in our linen and towel services.
AMENITIES: We include a beach umbrella and chairs for your enjoyment. There will be pool towels for use at our lovely pool with cabanas. There is a putting green, 24 hour front desk and 2 elevators. There is a BBQ area with great seating for spending an afternoon grilling outdoors.

PARKING: The unit comes with covered garage parking.
PET POLICY: This is a pet-friendly property; Pet Fee: $150, per pet, regardless of size or breed. Max size of 25lbs.
1. All pets must be registered with the condominium association management office.
2. No more than two (2) domesticated pets (dogs, cats, cage birds and/or aquarium fish). Total maximum combined weight permitted is one hundred twenty (120) pounds.
3. Pets are only allowed in the common areas for ingress and egress purposes. Pets shall only be in the hallways of the building, elevator and lobby as a means of direct ingress or egress to and from its Owner’s Unit.
4. All pets must be on a leash at all times.
5. Pets are not to cause nuisance to any surrounding neighbors. This includes excessive barking within the unit or in any of the common areas.
6. Pets are not to be left unattended on balconies, terraces, and/or patios.
7. Unit balconies, terraces, patios are not to be used as a pet waste facility. Do not sweep any feces off your balcony and this is a nuisance to all below neighbors.
8. Pet owners are responsible to pick up all waste/feces caused by their pets and dispose of it immediately. This includes both the exterior and interior of the building such as the elevator, lobby and/or corridors. Management has installed doggy stations for the convenience of all pet owners.
Please note that Midblock Miami Condominium is currently a “Pet Friendly” community. Violating any of these Pet Rules and Regulations may result in a fine, but may also cause the board to reconsider the current pet restrictions. Be courteous to your neighbors and other residents in our community.
To register your pet with the building, fill up the front desk form. Along with this form, the following items MUST also be included:

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: There is no Mailbox key access. However You can order packages to be held at the front desk for you as long as a mailbox key is not required.
EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you’d like to book a service like a boat, a chef or a massage you can let us know and our concierge can arrange this and more for you.
SAFETY: We follow all CDC regulations for cleaning and sanitation. Feel safe staying here as all precautionary measures are taken to ensure disinfectant surfaces in the unit. *This property has surveillance cameras on its exterior.*
PLEASE NOTE: There is a one time fee of $35 per guest or family member that is to be paid to the building front desk upon check in. Spouses and minor children will be considered as 1 guest. Credit cards are accepted and a photo ID will be needed for all guests. Any visitors staying past 11 PM need to be registered with the Building. Please message us any visitor names so we can add them to the system.
GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.
PLEASE NOTE: No smoking in unit and noise level after 10pm must be low in respect to the neighbors.
The Climate & Bugs
Florida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local “visitors” from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. 🙂

* Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building.

Midtown is special because it’s all a brand new development so the restaurants and apartments are very modern and new. There is so much dining variety within walking distance and with parking being so convenient you can drive to the beach in 5 minutes. The airport is just 8 minutes away as well.
There are so many options, from the free trolly, to uber and with parking included, you can easily drive anywhere as well. There are 3 public bus lines that pickup in midtown as well.
